The products sold on the website www.misterstep.com are covered by a 24-month warranty as required by Legislative Decree. 24/2002. The sale of products is subject to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal CANNOT be applied:
- on customized products
- on customized products based on specific technical requests of the customer
- on products modified following the installation of accessories
To take advantage of the right of withdrawal, the purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, unused, not installed or damaged.
- What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility of returning the purchased good and being reimbursed. The consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
It is important to ensure that the goods are delivered to you intact. For this reason we recommend, in the event of a damaged package, to sign the courier's delivery document with the words "Control Reserve" specifying the nature of the damage.
Any anomaly not reported to the courier during delivery of the purchased product does not benefit from insurance coverage on our part by law.
- How to take advantage of the right of withdrawal?
Send a registered letter with a return receipt no later than 14 days. from receipt of the goods specifying:
- Invoice number
- The codes/names of the items you intend to return
- The bank details for the refund credit transfer

It is possible to advance the return request by sending an email to the email address info@scari.it but in order to activate the right of withdrawal, confirmation by registered letter with return receipt is required. within 48 hours of sending this communication.
Upon receipt of the registered letter with return receipt, it will be provided by Scari Scale S.r.l. the authorization to return the goods, which will be sent within 10 working days of such communication.

- Who has to pay the return costs in case of withdrawal?
The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, as is the choice of the courier to use for returning the goods to our warehouse.
- When will the refund be made for the returned goods?
Upon receipt of the goods, a quality control will be carried out. In case of a positive outcome, the refund will be made no later than 20 days from receipt of the goods in our warehouses at the coordinates indicated in the return letter previously received.
