Shipping times and costs
Your order will be shipped within 3 weeks of placing your order at the price indicated in your cart at checkout. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a communication from us via email.
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays. During the Christmas holidays (from 15 December to 8 January) and in the month of August, order processing times may be subject to slight delays which will be specified in advance on the site's homepage and/or by contacting our Customer Service. We ask you to be very careful when entering the address and not to use addresses of buildings that are currently closed (schools, shops, etc.).
If you would like information about your order, fill out the contact form by entering your order number and the name of the person/company to whom it is registered in the "Reason for contact" field.
Your order will be shipped to the address indicated only after regular payment registration. When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message. In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays its execution, we undertake to inform you within 10 days of its occurrence.
For shipments, we rely exclusively on the main express couriers, both nationally and internationally. We do not ship via ordinary mail. This is because we believe that only through express couriers we can ensure fast and safe shipping.
Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, from approximately 8:00 to 18:00. However, times are indicative and may vary based on the daily traffic of the courier. We are committed to maximum reliability, but you understand that any delays due to traffic they are not under our control.
In the event of non-delivery, your package will be returned to the warehouse and a contact card will be left with details to arrange the day and time to collect your order.
We remind you that your package will remain at the courier's warehouse for a limited period of days. Please check with your local couriers and post office for specific details. We are not affiliated with local couriers or post offices.
Product inspection and packaging
We dedicate the utmost care to processing orders, paying particular attention to the packaging and integrity of the goods. One of our representatives carries out rigorous quality checks before proceeding with the careful preparation for shipping, thus guaranteeing the safety and conservation of the products you have purchased.
Delivery at your home or place of work
We kindly ask you to provide us with an address where there is always someone available to receive and sign the courier's proof of delivery. If you are not available at home, consider using your work address for delivery. Please note that the express courier cannot leave packages unattended.
Important Pick-up Instructions
When the courier arrives with your package, carefully check the integrity and number of packages before signing the delivery document. In case of doubts or problems, accept the package "with reserve" to be able to raise any disputes later.
If the package appears open or damaged, we strongly advise you to refuse it and return it to the sender. For product integrity issues, please contact us within two days of receipt
Storage and Return to Sender
If the courier is unable to deliver the package, an attempt will be made to contact you. It is essential that you respond quickly to arrange a new delivery. If the storage persists, the package will be returned to us and the costs for a second shipment will be borne by you. Your timely cooperation is essential to ensure smooth delivery.
